Vital Precepts is a non-profit organization dedicated to addressing the needs of leaders, professionals, and business individuals who often require support.
With a foundation in entrepreneurship and a robust medical background, coupled with a Christian perspective, we are committed to disseminating our expertise in productivity, health, and wellness to those facing career-related challenges.
Our mission is centered on enhancing public productivity, alleviating financial and emotional stress associated with professional responsibilities, and ultimately reducing healthcare costs within our communities.
Our motivation
It is a concerning reality that individuals in the higher rungs of responsibility often find themselves overlooked and insufficiently supported. Societal biases and stereotypes contribute to this disparity.
The fact remains that every individual, irrespective of their socioeconomic status, requires assistance and guidance throughout their personal and professional journeys.
At Vital Precepts, we have personally encountered these challenges, desiring the necessary support to achieve meaningful success. Now we have the ability to give back and aim to serve in just that capacity! Enabling leaders carrying some of the heaviest loads.

Justin Neubrander,
Chairman of the board
Founder, entrepreneur, and chief visionary, Justin is the driving force behind Vital Precepts. A physician assistant (PA) by trade, he loves to keep busy by engaging with his clients, leading the team forward, as well as doing admin tasks for both maintenance and growth.
Henrik Norlin,
Board member
Henrik isn't averse to taking on challenges. With his background in business, accounting and programming, he is versatile and capable. He has helped the company to get where it is today to a significant degree.
Rick Neubrander,
Board member
A programmer by training, Rick contributes his years of experience as a CEO to operating this organization. Wisdom, experience, and technical prowess have had their effect in shaping the company.
Heidi Beate Ulland,
Alternate board member
Heidi Beate has extensive interest and experience in the health field. She is a physical therapist by training, and owns her own company. Her insights have been invaluable in directing the direction and development of the organization.
